Responsibilities

• Provide professional surveying and technical support.
• Contribute to the efficient delivery of the Asset Management strategy.
• Deliver technical services for capital investment and maintenance.

Skills

Experience in a surveying role for a Housing Association or similar

Experience of contract administration

Site management experience

Experience undertaking energy assessments

Experience of undertaking fire risk assessments

Education

HND or degree in a construction-related subject

Professional qualification such as RICS / CIOB
