We’ve got an exciting, new opportunity for a Property Assistant to join our regional operations team. A role which would see you taking accountability for cleaning standards in a specific geographic patch. Our Property Assistants provide an essential service to our homeowners; our managed service takes the stress away from letting out a holiday home, as we take care of cleaning, maintenance, check in – you name it, we’ll simplify the process and take the pressure away.

Our purpose is simple – to delight owners and guests. The business operates more than 25 consumer brands including Cottages.com, Novasol and Hoseasons.
Role: Property Assistant
Salcombe (TQ8 8QE)
21 hours per week
Temporary - 3-4 month contract
Saturday availability essential
9am–5pm office hours
What you’ll be doing
Under the guidance of the Regional Operations Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining our properties' high cleanliness standards and partnering with third-party cleaning teams to enhance guest experiences. You’ll play a key part in maintaining operational excellence across our portfolio in and around Salcombe.
