Our client is a well-established private practice in London, specialising in all areas of real estate across commercial and residential asset classes.

Role Overview:

This role is ideal for a Graduate Commercial Property Manager or a newly qualified Surveyor eager to engage in a hybrid Property and Asset Management position. The responsibilities are split as 40% Asset Management and 60% Property Management.

The successful candidate will work on behalf of multiple clients managing industrial warehouses and retail assets across Central London and the South East.

Key Requirements:

• Excellent knowledge of Landlord and Tenant law, leases, rent reviews, acquisitions, disposals, and service charge budgets.

Salary & Benefits:

• Up to £45,000 plus bonus, depending on experience and level.

Working Arrangements:

• Hybrid working: 3 days in the office, 2 days remote.
