A Qualified Chartered Surveyor – essential is MRICS/MCIOB, with demonstrable experience in both Consultancy and Client-side roles, covering Real Estate, Project Management and Facilities Management.
Adaptable – enjoys a dynamic environment and is comfortable completing a range of varied tasks.
Excellent Attention to Detail – operating with accuracy, enabling you to present reliable information.
Team Player – understands the importance of a united team approach, and relishes the opportunity to share, learn and support.
Strong Stakeholder Management - regular communication with stakeholders both internally and externally.
Project Management - to plan and manage projects, to successfully complete the defined goals and deliverables.
Leadership Skills – evidence of coaching, leading and developing a team.
