Job description

Job Title: Property and Development Administrator

Location: Runcorn

Working Pattern: Monday to Friday – with 45-minute lunch break

Contract: 12-month fixed-term contract

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Process general invoices for project workstreams.
  2. Manage finance files, invoice files, accrual files, and cost centre coding for outsourced maintenance invoices.
  3. Raise and manage orders and authorisations for property projects and maintenance.
  4. Act as the first point of contact for the Management Team.
  5. Assist in preparing documents and presentation materials.
  6. Organise UK travel and accommodation for the Management Team and other company members.
  7. Arrange and attend ad hoc meetings and events as required.
  8. Maintain effective manual and electronic filing systems with a high degree of accuracy.

What We’re Looking For:

  1. Previous experience in an administrative or secretarial role within a commercial or healthcare environment.
  2. Excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to independently manage team support and office tasks.
  3. Good IT skills with the ability to learn new systems and processes.
  4. Reliable and passionate about making a difference.
