A leading law firm is seeking a professional for their New Build Property department. The role involves managing property conveyancing tasks, ensuring compliance with legal requirements, and providing excellent client service. In this role, you will work in our New Build Property department. You will communicate with clients, estate agents, and referrers daily, managing files from exchange of contracts through to completion and registration with the Land Registry, and finally to file closure. You will report to the Head of Department and the Post Exchange Lead.
