Global Retailer, headquartered in London, are currently looking for a Senior Property Accountant. This role will pay £35k-£40k, into the Head of Property Accounts and will partner landlords and internal teams across the business.

This is a world-class, global retail business and is coming at an exciting time to join the business.

Main Responsibilities:

• Monthly, quarterly and annual reporting for all leased buildings including P&L, balance sheet.
• Assist with property accounts for overall company financial statements.
• Working with Head of Property Accounts to prepare and review budget and forecasts for all UK properties (100+).
• Working closely with Property Managers and acting as Lease Accounting expert on all matters.
• Reconciliation and management of all lease payments.

Minimum Requirements:

• Part Qualified accountant / accounting experience.
• An understanding of, and experience working in a Property Accounting role in a multi-site business.
• The ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
