The Pharma studio is seeking a Quality Operator/Studio Operator to contribute to the efficiency and effectiveness of our production process by creating, producing, and developing print-ready artwork files in multiple formats. Attention to detail and a thorough understanding of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) are essential.

The role involves controlling and maintaining the highest quality of files from creation to release, ensuring customer satisfaction and on-time completion. Excellent proofreading skills are crucial.

The successful candidate will work closely with team members and the Studio Production Manager to exceed client expectations and uphold high-quality standards.

Job Responsibilities

• Proficient in Illustrator and InDesign, with multi-skilling capabilities
• Follow print-specific instructions accurately
• Maintain high attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
• Adhere strictly to written procedures and processes
• Contribute to the continual improvement of the Pharma studio
• Manage collation and dispatch of materials required for printing
• Read and understand client briefs
• Participate in ongoing training on studio processes and workflows
• Keep the department clean and organized
• Verify all files through manual proofreading and automated tools
• Maintain brand consistency
• Ensure on-time delivery of files
• Log errors and participate in root cause analysis to improve processes
