You will draft and negotiate project agreements, support project finance, and advise on procurement and regulatory matters while collaborating with top-tier teams and international clients.

Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor with experience in projects, infrastructure, energy, or commercial contracts.
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills.
• Commercially aware with ability to manage competing deadlines.
