Equans is looking for a Projects Field Supervisor to join our team in Heysham, Lancashire on a permanent basis. This is a full-time role working 37.5 hours per week. On offer is a competitive salary and benefits package.
To ensure all variable works contracts (Projects) are set up in accordance with all relevant BEG/SPECs/Codes/H&S Requirements prior to commencing and these standards are maintained throughout the project until completion and handover to the client. Responsibilities include pre-job briefs, daily setting to work, walkdowns, checks of POWRAs, WOCs, permits, signage, and barriers, ensuring permits are valid and extended as needed.
Includes planning and organizing work, ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations, providing out-of-hours cover, completing paperwork accurately and timely, establishing good team relationships, and maintaining high safety standards.
