The Opportunity

In this role you will be scoping and managing the site engineering, buildings and services projects as well as supervising external contractors. You will be helping us to continue to progress as a successful business by identifying and implementing the best available technology to improve site efficiency, meet customer specifications, legislation, reduce energy consumption and our carbon footprint. You will effectively negotiate prices working with out procurement team and will provide detailed reports on asset performance by maintaining and presenting regular KPIs.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all project sub teams ensuring collaboration and lines of open communication
• Drive a "Right First Time" ethos in all projects
• Foster a zero accident culture and ensure that risk assessments and safety standards are always met.
• Evaluate contractor performance against agreed contracts
• Control project costs by managing and approving expenditure

• A recognised qualification in manufacturing or operations related field would be an advantage
