Salary: Up to £45,000 + Car Allowance

Location: Remote UK (must be able to travel to customer sites occasionally)

What Will You Do?

You will be responsible for providing technical consultancy and in-depth technical delivery on some of our largest and most complex projects. Whether remotely or onsite, you will ensure a high-quality customer experience related to the design and deployment of ICT solutions.

You will act as an escalation point for your area of specialization, handling complex faults and escalations, and liaising regularly with technical pre-sales consultants, project management teams, 3rd Line Engineers, and Service Desk Engineers to ensure successful delivery.

What You'll Need...
Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, and Teams.
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 administration, including user and license management, security, compliance, and service health monitoring.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills for resolving complex issues related to Microsoft 365.
  • Experience in migrating users and data to Microsoft 365 with minimal disruption.
  • Knowledge of security best practices within Microsoft 365.
  • Familiarity with automation tools and scripting languages like PowerShell.
  • Understanding of networking concepts such as DNS, TCP/IP, VPN, and firewalls.
  • Ability to monitor and maintain the health and performance of Microsoft 365 environments using tools like Azure Monitor.
Soft Skills:
  • Strong project management skills, including developing project plans, managing timelines, and resource allocation.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills for troubleshooting technical issues.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with Microsoft 365 features and best practices.
  • Must hold a full valid UK driving license.
Nice to Have
  • Knowledge of networking concepts related to Microsoft 365.
  • Familiarity with third-party tools and add-ons for Microsoft 365.
  • Experience with ITIL or other IT service management frameworks.
