Qualifications

• UK-qualified solicitor with 2–4 years PQE.
• Experience in projects, government contracting, procurement or public law.
• Drafting and negotiating complex project documentation, including NEC, FIDIC and/or PPP/PFI contracts.

Responsibilities

• Advising on a broad spectrum of projects, including infrastructure, PPP/PFI and long‑term government contracts.
• Drafting and negotiating complex project and commercial agreements, with a focus on NEC, FIDIC and other standard forms.
• Providing counsel to public‑sector bodies, contractors, lenders and suppliers on regulatory and transactional matters.
• Collaborating with colleagues across Birchrose’s international offices on cross‑border mandates.
• Supporting business‑development initiatives to expand the firm’s Projects & Government Contracting practice.
