Job summary

Codi Group, a not-for-profit organisation, is recruiting two full-time Project Workers for Hales House in Torfaen. You will work days, evenings and bank holidays on a rolling rota to provide housing-related support to people aged 16+.

The role aims to develop independent living and tenancy skills within a client-led, psycho-socially informed environment. Relevant experience with vulnerable people is essential; a UK driving licence and access to a vehicle are required.

Qualifications

• Relevant work experience and knowledge of issues relating to vulnerable people is essential.
• For the role it is essential to hold a UK Driving Licence & access to a vehicle.
• More important are; a passion to work with and enable people to live as independent a life as possible, an enthusiasm and passion for making a difference to people’s lives, a strong initiative and ability to work alone as well as being a great team player, and the ability to deal with conflicting and difficult situations.
