Job summary

Codi Group is seeking a Part-time (32hrs) Project Worker (Complex Needs) in a Young Persons Supported Accommodation scheme in Ammanford, Carmarthenshire. You will support goal planning, advise on housing options, and coordinate with resettlement services to help young people regain independence.

The role requires a driving license, 5+ years of relevant experience, and a proactive, team-oriented approach for complex client needs.

Qualifications

• Driving licence essential.
• Minimum 5 years in a similar role or equivalent training/qualification.
• Experience working with Young People.
• Ability to work alone and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Support the Manager with facilitating Young Person goal plans.
• Advise on re-housing options and refer to agencies with resettlement team.
• Liaise with Social Services, Benefits Agencies, Housing Department and other agencies.
• Promote mental health recovery and support substance misuse treatment where applicable.
