Job summary

Brook Street is seeking a Project Worker in Morecambe to support young people aged 16-24 within a supported accommodation service. You will provide practical and emotional help to build independence and resilience.

Key duties include building relationships, helping access education, training, employment, and community opportunities, and completing plans and records. This role requires empathy, reliability, and strong communication skills to engage with young people daily.

Project Worker

Full Time | 37.5 Hours per Week

Location: Morecambe

Salary: £13.00-£14.00 phr

Are you passionate about supporting young people to overcome challenges and build brighter futures?

We are looking for a dedicated Project Worker to support young people aged 16-24 within a supported accommodation service. Many of the young people we support have experienced homelessness, family breakdown, mental health challenges, early childhood trauma, or adverse childhood experiences. Your role will be to provide practical and emotional support, helping them develop the skills, confidence, and resilience needed to live independently.

The Role

• Build positive, professional relationships with young people.

• Provide support to individuals with mental health needs, ADHD, autism, and trauma-related experiences.
• Complete support plans, records, and other administrative tasks.

Shift Pattern

• 37.5 hours per week
• 7:30am to 3:30pm
• 12:00pm to 8:00pm
