Morgan Hunt UK Limited is recruiting a Project Worker for a service based in Central London. The role involves managing a caseload and delivering tailored support in a dynamic, multi-site environment.

You will run key working sessions, assist with benefits, tenancy sustainment, and independent living. The post covers work with individuals with complex backgrounds, including substance misuse, and requires flexibility to travel between Hounslow service locations.

Qualifications

• Experience in a supported housing / support work setting.
• Strong experience in support planning and key working.
• Understanding tenancy-related support and sustainment.
• Experience supporting clients with complex needs, including substance misuse.
• Ability to work independently in a lone working environment.
• Excellent organisational and caseload management skills.
• Flexible and adaptable approach to working across services.
• Enhanced Child + Adult DBS (ideally on update service).

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of clients, providing ongoing tailored support.
• Deliver effective key working sessions focused on individual needs.
• Support clients with benefits, tenancy sustainment, and independent living skills.
• Work with individuals who may have complex backgrounds, including substance misuse.
• Develop and implement support plans and risk assessments.
• Maintain accurate case records and documentation.
• Work across multiple service locations within Hounslow (flexibility available if travel is limited).
