Sanctuary Supported Living is recruiting a Project Worker to support people with disabilities at Oleander House, Ketley Park Road, Ketley, Telford. You will provide one-to-one support, promote safety, and help residents build independence with person-centred care.

The role is on-site, 37.5 hours per week, at £13.87 per hour. It offers pension, training, flexible working, and a supportive team in a not-for-profit organisation.

Qualifikationen

• Experience supporting adults with physical or learning disabilities or high needs.
• Empathetic and able to relate to people with diverse needs.
• Able to work effectively under pressure and maintain accurate records.
• NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or willingness to work towards it.
• Proficient IT skills (Microsoft Office and similar).

Your role
