Job summary

Leyton-based Project Worker role at Lloyd's Register International supports people with disabilities to build independence and reach their potential. You will provide one-to-one support, assess needs, and contribute to safety planning and ongoing reviews.

Qualifications

Your role
  • Support customers with learning and physical disabilities to build independence and reach their potential
  • Provide one-to-one support when needed

Your skills
  • Experience supporting adults with physical or learning disabilities or high needs
  • Empathetic and able to relate to people with diverse needs
  • Able to work effectively under pressure and maintain accurate records
  • NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or willingness to work towards it
  • Proficient technology/IT skills (Microsoft Office and similar)
