Job summary

Essential Employment is seeking a Project Surveyor in St Albans on a temporary basis. The role involves delivering professional building surveying services for repair, maintenance and planned improvements to leasehold properties and land, including boundary walls, re-roofing, window/door replacement, and refurbishments.

The successful candidate will handle repointing, balcony and cladding refurbishment programmes and may be subject to pre-employment checks.

Qualifications

• Professional building surveying experience preferred.
• Experience with repair, maintenance and planned improvements to leasehold properties.
• Familiarity with boundary wall issues, re-roofing, window/door replacement, kitchen and bathroom refurbishments, repointing, balcony and cladding refurbishment programmes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver professional building surveying services for repair, maintenance and planned improvements to leasehold properties and land.
• Manage projects including boundary walls, roofing, windows/doors replacement, kitchens and bathrooms refurbishment, and balcony/cladding programmes.
• Coordinate pre-employment checks as required and liaise with clients to ensure timely delivery.

This is a temporary role and the rate is £22.49ph PAYE

The successful candidate will be responsible for the implementation and delivery of professional building surveying services relating to the repair, maintenance and planned improvements to leasehold properties and land. This also include dealing with matters related to private boundary wall, re-roofing, window and door replacement, kitchen and bathroom refurbishments, repointing works, balcony and cladding refurbishment programmes.
