Job summary

ESSENTIAL EMPLOYMENT LTD is seeking a temporary Building Surveyor to deliver professional surveying services for repair, maintenance and planned improvements to leasehold properties and land in the UK. The role includes dealing with private boundary walls, re-roofing, window and door replacements, kitchen and bathroom refurbishments, repointing works, balconies and cladding refurbishment programmes.

The successful candidate will work on a temporary basis with references and pre-employment checks

Qualifications

• Experience in building surveying and property refurbishment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver building surveying services for repair, maintenance and planned improvements to leasehold properties.
• Handle works on boundary walls, re-roofing, windows/doors, kitchens/bathrooms, repointing, balconies and cladding.

This is a temporary role and the rate is £22.49ph PAYE

The successful candidate will be responsible for the implementation and delivery of professional building surveying services relating to the repair, maintenance and planned improvements to leasehold properties and land. This also include dealing with matters related to private boundary wall, re-roofing, window and door replacement, kitchen and bathroom refurbishments, repointing works, balcony and cladding refurbishment programmes.
