Dorset HealthCare University NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a motivated Project Support Officer to join the CAMHS Transformation Programme in Poole. The role supports delivery of transformation and service improvements across children’s mental health services, coordinating activities, maintaining records, and helping keep projects on track.

You will work with the CAMHS Business Manager and leadership team, producing reports, analysing data, and supporting workforce planning and stakeholder

• Experience in project support or transferable skills from related settings.
• Ability to coordinate multiple tasks and maintain accurate records.
• Comfort with data analysis and producing concise reports.
• Excellent collaboration with clinical, operational and external stakeholders.

Are you an organised and enthusiastic individual who wants to make a real difference to the lives of children and young people?

We are looking for a motivated Project Support Officer to join our friendly and forward-thinking CAMHS Transformation Programme. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a team that is passionate about improving mental health services for children, young people, and their families across Dorset.

Working with the CAMHS Business Manager for Transformation and the wider leadership team, you will help support a range of projects, quality improvement initiatives, and service developments that are shaping the future of CAMHS.

This is a varied and rewarding role where your organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to build positive working relationships will be highly valued. You will provide essential project support through coordinating activities, maintaining records, producing reports, analysing information, and helping to keep projects on track.

We welcome applications from people with previous project support experience or transferable skills gained in other settings, we'd love to hear from you. If you enjoy working collaboratively, are keen to learn, and are passionate about improving services, this could be the role for you.

This is a full-time 18-month secondment opportunity, although flexible working arrangements may be considered. Fixed-term applications are also welcome.
