Job summary

MWH Treatment is seeking a Project Support Coordinator to provide essential administrative and operational support to our project and commercial teams. This hybrid role will be based across our regions, with the Hattersley office serving as a base.

You will load project requirements on the P2P system, manage goods receipting, and maintain accurate records to help ensure smooth project execution. Reporting to the Project Support Manager, you will handle supplier invoice queries, assist with hire

Qualifications

• Experience using P2P systems, ideally IFS.
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail in data entry and records.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills across functions and suppliers.
• Understanding procurement and finance processes, including GRN handling and invoice reconciliation.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to team goals.

Responsibilities

• Collate project material and services requirements, load on the P2P system and manage receipting.
• Resolve supplier invoice queries by liaising with procurement, finance and suppliers.
• Coordinate hire equipment to support projects and minimise cost exposure.
• Load and maintain project demand in the IFS system and ensure alignment with schedules.
• Process Goods Receipt Notes (GRNs) and ensure compliance with procedures.
• Support the commercial team with data entry, analysis and reporting.
