We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Support Coordinator to join our Engineering Delivery team in Gaydon. This role is pivotal in supporting the successful delivery of engineering projects aligned with strategic business objectives. You will act as a central point of coordination, managing interdependencies, supporting stakeholders, and ensuring timely task completion across multiple initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and project support using project management techniques.

• Plan and organise project and operational meetings.

• Coordinate and report on key project metrics.

• Utilise standardised project management tools to ensure smooth delivery.

• Identify and implement process improvements and best practices.

• Support the Engineering Delivery team with any additional tasks as directed.
