ROLE: Project Support Coordinator

HOURS: 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday

SALARY: £34,000

BASE: Site/Field Based - Eurocell Head Office, South Normanton

We are delighted to be recruiting for a Project Support Coordinator to work with key internal and external stakeholders, supporting the delivery of all administration duties on all main Trade Branch projects including Consultants and Suppliers.

What Our Project Support Coordinators Do

  • Communicate with office and field-based Employee's, as well as external vendors, subcontractors, and customers
  • Manage administrative tasks including reports, quotes, and orders as the Project Manager may require
  • Collect and collate project costs, along with undertaking timesheet administration for the project teams
  • Arrange project meetings, liaise and co-ordinate diaries in-house and with clients and external consultants
  • Prepare project files and maintain all files in an accurate and updated manner throughout the duration of the project
  • Assist the Project Team in ensuring that compliance requirements are being met and that all subcontractors for projects follow processes and procedures
  • Assist with incoming project enquiries and redirect enquires to members of the Project team
  • Ability to travel to meetings when essential

What We Need From Our Project Support Coordinators

  • Previous knowledge of general construction principals would be an advantage
  • Strong clerical skills and attention to detail
  • Previous knowledge of contracts and ability to communicate issues clearly
  • Innovative problem-solver who can generate workable solutions
  • Demonstrated experience with accounting software is preferred (SAP)
  • Flexible team player with the ability to effectively prioritize and juggle multiple concurrent projects
  • Full UK Driving license
