Qualifications

Murphy is recruiting for a Project Support Coordinator to work with the Project Support Team at Stone Cross (Wigan WA3 3JD).

The ideal candidate will handle key financial processes and administrative activities supporting the project. Strong communication and organizational skills are vital in this fast-paced environment, as you'll interact with various stakeholders.

A day in the life of a Murphy Administrator
  • Execute financial and project processes such as requisitions, GRN orders, and reporting
  • Coordinate with Site Managers on weekly paid and agency labour processes
  • Utilize accounting systems for transactions and reporting
  • Prepare weekly management order reports and participate in meetings
  • Escalate process compliance issues on-site to the Project Manager
  • Promote continuous improvement and share best practices within the team
