A leading company in travel and event management seeks a highly organized Project Support Assistant to streamline operations within their events team. This hybrid role involves supporting project delivery, coordinating schedules, and ensuring internal processes run smoothly. We are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Project Support Assistant to support the smooth and efficient running of our busy events business. This junior-level, hybrid role is perfect for someone with experience in an events environment who enjoys supporting others and improving the way things work behind the scenes.
Working closely with our Leadership Teams, you’ll help deliver small-scale projects, streamline internal processes, and manage essential admin tasks — ensuring that our operations team can focus on delivering exceptional events.
This is not a client-facing or event delivery role, but one that plays a critical part in how the team functions day to day.
Responsible for compliance to Reed & Mackay’s certification programmes and policies.
