We are seeking energetic and self-motivated individuals passionate about delivering exceptional client experiences to join us at Alexandra Palace for an exciting end-to-end event with a leading luxury fashion brand (name will be disclosed during the interview).
If you are London-based with easy access to Alexandra Palace and available to work full-time (40 hours per week) from September 11th to September 23rd, 2024, we would love to hear from you!
As an Event Assistant, you will support the Showroom Managers with the full-scale event, including setting up 30,000 units, assisting during sale days, and packing up.
Event set-up (4 days):
Assist the floor team in receiving deliveries, sorting, categorizing collections, and working with visual merchandisers to display products.
During the event (7 days):
Provide exceptional customer service to VIPs and clients, promote cross-selling to meet sales targets, stay knowledgeable about the brand and products, and maintain high standards for shop floor appearance and visual displays.
Coordinate with the Inventory Specialist to ensure remaining pieces are counted, packed, and returned correctly.
Experience in fast-paced retail or hospitality environments, highly motivated, proactive, professional, and able to stay calm under pressure.
Currently based in or around London, hold the Right to Work in the UK, and available full-time during the specified dates.
