The role is a temporary role until March 2026, offering stability and the chance to make a real difference in public service delivery. ️ Key Responsibilities Deliver high-quality administrative support across several programmes Organise meetings, prepare agendas, and take accurate minutes (in Welsh and English) Track project progress, actions, and deadlines Maintain records and ensure documentation is up to date Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners Support reporting and data collation for programme updates What I'm Looking For Fluent Welsh and English skills (spoken and written) – essential Previous experience in an administrative or project support role Excellent organisational and time management skills Strong communication and interpersonal abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams) A proactive, detail-oriented approach Experience in the public sector or civil service is a plus!
