Job summary

Colbern Limited in Huntingdon is seeking an experienced Insurance Manager for a 4-month contract with hybrid working. The role is £500 per day and requires occasional office attendance for IT equipment collection.

The ideal candidate will have strong insurance management experience, ideally gained within Local Government or public sector organisations dealing with public authority risks, plus proven procurement and underwriting knowledge.

• Proven managerial and supervisory experience.
• Strong underwriting knowledge, particularly around insurance placements, programme design, and procurement activities rather than claims management.

• Excellent stakeholder management and customer service skills.
