Qualifications

• Strong insurance management experience, ideally within Local Government, Public Sector, or public authority risk.
• Experience in insurance procurement and tender evaluation processes.
• Proven managerial and supervisory experience.
• Strong underwriting knowledge, particularly around insurance placements, programme design, and procurement activities rather than claims management.
• Excellent stakeholder management and customer service skills.
