Trevett Project Services is seeking an experienced Project Site Manager to support a modular programme in Chelmsford, Essex. The role sits within a secure government environment and requires security clearance.

You will manage day-to-day site activities, read programmes, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure works meet safety and milestone targets under NEC4 contracts. Regular progress reports will be produced for the client and project team.

Qualificações

• SMSTS certification is required.
• First Aid qualification is required.
• Asbestos Awareness knowledge is required.
• Awareness of NEC4 contracts and processes.
• Strong programme reading, reporting and client liaison skills.
• Ability to obtain the required security clearance.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and coordinate day-to-day site activities.

• Provide regular progress reports and updates.
• Liaise directly with the client and wider project team.
• Review and approve RAMS.
• Coordinate subcontractors and site activities.
• Ensure works are delivered safely and in line with programme requirements.

Project Site Manager Chelmsford

Location: Chelmsford, Essex
Start Date: 8th October
Duration: 6 months
Rate: £350 per day CIS

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Project Site Manager to support a modular programme of works in Chelmsford on behalf of a national Facilities Management provider.

The role will be based within a secure government environment, with the successful candidate required to undergo the necessary security clearance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate day-to-day site activities
• Read and work to project programmes, monitoring progress against key milestones
• Provide regular progress reports and updates
• Liaise directly with the client and wider project team
• Review and approve RAMS
• Coordinate subcontractors and site activities
