Job summary

WP Recruitment is seeking a Project Site Agent/Supervisor for a civil engineering project in the Isle of Wight. The role is based on site in Newport with a typical 40-hour week, Monday to Friday, and occasional night shifts paid at time and a third.

The position is available for an initial minimum of 6 months, with duties spanning site records, liaison, and project controls. Ideal candidates will have proven experience as Site Agent/Supervisor on civil/highway/bridge projects, strong

Responsibilities

• Maintain detailed daily site records and project diaries.
• Record labour, plant, materials and productivity.
• Support programme monitoring and reporting.
• Assist with commercial administration and project controls.
• Liaise between internal departments and contracting delivery teams.
• Ensure compliance with quality plans, ITPs and approved procedures.
• Support safety, environmental and quality management activities.
• Assist with project handover and as-built documentation.

Project Site Agent/ Supervisor

Location: Newport, Isle of Wight

Hours: 40 hours per week, night shift working may be required on occasion ( paid at time and a third)

Days: Monday - Friday

Duration: Immediate start for a minimum of 6 months

Salary: £19.23 per hour worked,
