Role Overview:

The Project Scheduler/Controller will support project planning, risk management, and cost control for the Weapons and Sensors Business Unit. Responsibilities include maintaining the Integrated Master Schedule, analyzing risks and variances, updating performance metrics, and supporting project teams with EVMS practices. The role involves collaboration with multifunctional teams and may require travel.

Main Duties:

  • Maintain the integrity of the project schedule, ensuring all activities are logically linked and resourced.
  • Evaluate critical path, schedule risks, and variances.
  • Track project performance, providing metrics and cost estimates.
  • Incorporate changes into the schedule and support EVMS processes.
  • Monitor and report on timesheet bookings and project risks.
  • Support financial and performance management activities.
  • Develop Work Breakdown Structures and support bid activities.

Preferred Candidate Requirements:

  • Experience in project/program control environments.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Project 2010/2013.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work with diverse teams.
  • Knowledge of commercial and business aspects of complex projects.
