Role Overview:

Join the Weapons and Sensors Business Unit as a Project Scheduler/Controller. You will work with multifunctional teams on advanced technology projects supporting global security. Your responsibilities include project planning, risk management, cost control, and supporting decision-making through metrics and reports.

Main Duties:

• Maintain the integrity of the Development project IMS, ensuring activities and milestones are logically linked and resourced.
• Evaluate critical paths, schedule risks, and variances.
• Progress project plans, provide performance metrics, and analyze trends for review meetings.
• Update IMS with contractual and program changes to maintain a realistic baseline and support EVMS use.
• Monitor timesheet bookings and investigate anomalies.
• Facilitate risk reviews, identify risks and opportunities, and provide analysis.
• Support performance management and financial analysis for programs.
• Develop Work Breakdown and Organizational Breakdown Structures.
• Assist in bid and proposal activities by providing basis of estimates.
• Travel to other UK, European, or US sites may be required.

Candidate Requirements:

• Experience in Project/Programme Control environments.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project 2010/2013.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work with diverse teams.
• Support and influence project teams to adhere to standards.
• Commercial awareness in complex project environments.
