Job summary

Boeing Commercial Aviation Services Europe Limited in Frimley, UK, is seeking a Project Scheduler to manage and integrate schedules for multiple phases of complex projects within the Commercial Modifications Group. You will develop, maintain, and analyze schedules, report on progress, and support decision-makers with data-driven insights, using tools like MS Project, PowerBI, Tableau, and Smartsheet.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of scheduling experience, strong Excel skills, and familiarity

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in a role requiring project scheduling / program management skills.
  • 5+ years of experience using Microsoft Office Tools, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Bachelor’s degree.

Responsibilities

  • Independently develops, coordinates, integrates, analyzes, and maintains an integrated plan and schedule to meet program and/or project requirements in accordance with project management industry standards.
  • Performs studies, analysis (trend, variance, impact), risk assessments to determine impacts, and constraints involving product development, production rates, process improvement, program initiatives.
  • Creates schedule, reports, metrics, change activity, communicates and updates plan regularly throughout lifecycle of program or project.
  • Works to improve project management processes, business systems, and implement best practices that support project decision makers.
  • Directs all phases of projects or subsystems of major projects from inception through completion.
  • Acts as primary project contact to establish key stakeholder requirements and project objectives.
  • Assists customers to develop performance recovery plan and ensure all project control systems are in place to support ongoing support to stakeholders.

Project Scheduler Company: Boeing Commercial Aviation Services Europe Limited Boeing Global Services is seeking a Project Scheduler to support Phase 1 and/or Phase 2 Scheduling within the Commercial Modifications Group. Position is located in Frimley, UK.

Position Responsibilities
  • Independently develops, coordinates, integrates, analyzes, and maintains an integrated plan and schedule to meet program and/or project requirements in accordance with project management industry standards.

Basic Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in a role requiring project scheduling / program management skills
  • 5+ years of experience using Microsoft Office Tools, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Experience building schedules from scratch
  • Experience working with PowerBI, Tableau, Smartsheet or other business intelligence systems
  • Experience conducting data analysis with Excel
  • Experience with Agile / SAFe Methodology
  • Experience with scheduling tools (e.g. Microsoft Project, etc.)
