Job summary

PSR Solutions is seeking an experienced Project Quantity Surveyor for a major warehouse refurbishment and fit-out project in London. The role covers commercial management, procurement, valuing subcontracts and final accounts on a fast-paced site.

You will monitor costs, manage CVR reporting, and work with the project team to ensure commercial performance and contractual compliance on a large-scale scheme.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Project Quantity Surveyor in a main contractor environment.
• Strong commercial and subcontractor management experience.
• Experience in refurbishment, industrial, warehouse or large-scale fit-out projects is advantageous.
• Knowledge of groundworks, precast concrete and M&E packages would be beneficial.
• Strong contractual, negotiation and cost-control skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the commercial and contractual aspects of the project from procurement through to final account.
• Prepare and manage subcontractor packages, including tendering, procurement, valuations and payments.
• Monitor project costs, budgets, cash flow and commercial risks.
• Manage variations, change control and contractual notices.
• Undertake cost reporting, forecasting and Cost Value Reconciliation (CVR) reporting.
• Administer subcontractor accounts and negotiate final accounts.
• Work closely with the Project Manager, site team and supply chain to maintain commercial performance.
• Ensure contractual compliance and maintain accurate commercial records.
