Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor or similar role.
• Ability to step up from an Assistant Quantity Surveyor.
• Experience with NHF Schedule of Rates and contract administration.

Responsibilities

• Cost planning
• Closing out and Setting up contracts commercially
• Liaise with operational team to ensure works are completed on time and within budget
• Reconcile cost/value reports & profit forecasts
• Working off the NHF Schedule of rates
• Approve sub-contractors & supplier payments
• Attending & Charing progress meetings with clients
• Regular on site visits
• Overlook P&L with operational leads
• Cash flow management
