You will manage cost control, valuations, and contract administration across schemes from £10m+ while working with operations and design teams to maximize commercial performance.

The role requires main contractor experience, strong IT skills, and a solid understanding of construction contracts.

Qualifications

• Experience with main contractors on large schemes.
• Strong IT skills and proficiency with MS Office.
• Solid understanding of construction contracts and valuations.

Responsibilities

• Undertake commercial and contractual requirements on designated projects.
• Prepare monthly cost reports and valuations for review.
• Manage sub-contractor procurement, payments and final accounts.
• Ensure site records and correspondence meet contract requirements.
• Maintain client/design team relationships to support project success.
