Project Quantity Surveyor | Commercial | Real Estate

What We Need From You:

• Pre & post-contract experience
• Cost management experience in a consultancy
• Strong in cost estimating and planning
• Knowledge of construction methods and procurement strategies
• Teamwork and effective communication skills
• Methodical approach and problem-solving skills
• IT proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint; CostX experience desirable

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all facets of cost management throughout the project lifecycle
• Build and maintain client relationships
• Develop accurate cost estimates and budgets
• Perform cost analyses and risk assessments
• Ensure high-quality service delivery
• Implement procurement strategies and advise on contract selection
• Manage tender processes and evaluate submissions
• Generate financial reports and cash flow forecasts
• Assess valuations and coordinate payments
• Negotiate and settle final accounts
