Job summary

Hunter Dunning Ltd. are seeking a Project Quantity Surveyor to take ownership of cost planning and cost control on high-profile residential and mixed-use developments in London.

You will liaise with clients, consultants and contractors, ensuring financial targets are met and value is delivered. With 3+ years UK QS or cost consultancy experience and a degree in Quantity Surveying, MRICS/MCIOB or working towards status, you will thrive in a collaborative, commercially focused team.

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or similar.
• MRICS/MCIOB (or working towards).
