We are seeking an experienced project Quantity Surveyor to work for a leading fit-out contractor on a £12m fitout project in the City. The candidate will be based on-site and assist the Senior Quantity Surveyor with all daily tasks.

This project is valued at £12m, with potential to increase to £15m. It is a cut-and-carve CAT A project.

Responsibilities include managing subcontract packages, handling changes, processing payments, and final account management.

The ideal candidate will be accustomed to working on medium-sized projects, self-motivated, and capable of alleviating workload from the Senior QS on a daily basis.
