An established industry player is seeking an experienced Project QS to join their site-based team in London. A well-established Main contractor working across greater London on various residential projects now seeks an experienced Project QS to join the Site-based team in NW London. Working across both Social Housing and private schemes, projects are typically in the 50 - 150 unit range, RC frame mid to high-rise. The business has enjoyed continued success over the past year and this is a newly created role to supplement the busy commercial team. This is a permanent site-based role, looking after a new project currently at demo stage.
As Project QS, you will be the commercial lead on site working closely with the project manager and reporting to an office-based Director. Initially, you will be involved heavily in the procurement/letting of packages for the new scheme, moving into a more traditional role once construction starts. Responsibilities will include:

You will be an experienced QS, Senior QS, or Project QS and be looking for a long-term career move. You will ideally be degree-educated in Surveying and be able to demonstrate experience of working on new-build residential schemes with a main contractor from start to finish. You will be comfortable commuting to NW London on a daily basis and be looking for a full-time permanent role.
