Damicor in the United Kingdom is hiring a Project Quantity Surveyor for a Construction Consultancy/Private Practice. You should have a minimum of 3 years’ PQS experience across hotels, office fit-out, residential or leisure, and be aiming to sit MRICS within 12 months.

The role is hybrid with three days in Farringdon and two at home. You’ll manage a secured Holborn hotel fit-out (£12M) and support CAT B schemes (£4M & £3.4M), handling JCT/D&B contracts and leading client meetings through the

• Employers Agent knowledge will be a bonus.

• Able to lead on client meetings and take full project life cycle.
• Pre and post contract knowledge.
• MRICS is always important, but experience is key too.

Are you a Project Quantity Surveyor, who is looking for a role with a Construction Consultancy/Private Practice?

There is a requirement to be in the Farringdon office 3 days a week. With 2 days at home.

The Project Quantity Surveyor's Role

The new Project Quantity Surveyor will immediately work on a secured hotel fit out in Holborn, worth £12M and then support on CAT B fit out projects worth £4m & £3.4m respectively.

You will work with JCT/D&B contracts, working with high end clients from a myriad of industries. The Project Quantity Surveyor will has a strong understanding from inception to completion.

A full spectrum of pre & post contract duties will be expected to be taken on.

There is endless support and encouragement for all Quantity Surveyors to progress.
