An independent construction consultancy based in Sidcup is looking to welcome a Project Quantity Surveyor to its close-knit and expanding team. With a healthy workload across residential, education, healthcare, commercial, and public sector developments, this is an excellent opportunity for a Project Quantity Surveyor seeking greater responsibility within a consultancy where your contribution will be recognised from day one.
The successful Project Quantity Surveyor will manage projects through every stage of the cost management process, working directly with clients and design teams to deliver commercially successful outcomes. You’ll have the autonomy to run your own schemes while benefiting from the support of experienced colleagues on larger commissions, giving you the ideal balance of independence and collaboration.

Producing cost plans, feasibility estimates, and budget reports
Managing procurement exercises and preparing tender documentation
Administering post-contract duties including valuations, variations, and cost reporting
Attending client, contractor, and design team meetings
Monitoring project costs through to final account agreement
Delivering clear commercial advice throughout the project lifecycle
Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline
Previous experience within a UK consultancy environment
Capable of delivering both pre- and post-contract services
Good understanding of JCT contracts
Working towards MRICS or already chartered
Strong organisational, communication, and client management skills
£55,000 – £65,000 salary
