Job summary

InVision Group in Central London is seeking an Assistant Quantity Surveyor / Project Quantity Surveyor to join a major hotel refurbishment project. You will work with the commercial team to manage packages, valuations, cash-flow and cost reporting on a live environment.

The role involves coordinating with site, project and design teams, reviewing subcontractor accounts, managing variations and supporting final accounts to deliver financial success for the project.

AQS / PQS Required - Immediate Start - Major London Hotel Refurbishment

An established and highly regarded Mechanical & Electrical contractor is looking to appoint an experienced Assistant Quantity Surveyor /Project Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team on a major, high-profile hospitality refurbishment project in Central London.

The project involves the extensive refurbishment and extension of a prestigious five-star hotel, with significant M&E works being delivered within a live operational environment. The scheme includes the replacement and upgrade of existing mechanical and electrical infrastructure, high-specification guestroom and public-area works, services installations, plant and systems upgrades, and complex coordination with the wider construction team. Works are being delivered through a carefully phased programme, requiring a high level of commercial and operational control.

The Role

You will work closely with the Project Manager, Commercial Manager and wider project team, taking responsibility for the commercial management of your designated packages and supporting the successful financial delivery of the project.
