Job Description and Requirements

• Experience in managing quality certificates
• Feeding of certificates database, CCMS
• Developing architecture of clients' system tools

Mission

• Assist the Project Quality Manager/Quality Control Manager in all activities related to the management of quality records, both electronic and physical
• Ensure correct filing of quality documents according to defined procedures

Tasks

• Ensure, jointly with the QCS (Quality Control Supervisors), the completion of Inspection and Test Records by system or as required, highlighting any outstanding quality control activities necessary for project completion
• Support the Quality Control Manager in preparing QA/QC dossiers to meet milestone target dates, collecting quality record documents issued in conformity with approved quality control plans
• Ensure timely data entry into QA/QC tools according to the organizational setup of the project
• Supervise activities of resources dedicated to uploading data into QA/QC tools
