Job summary

Laing O'Rourke in Oxford is delivering a landmark Pandemic Sciences Institute and seeks a Project Quality Manager to embed quality, assurance and continuous improvement across the project lifecycle.

You will build relationships with delivery partners and stakeholders, use data to identify trends and drive right-first-time delivery, governance, and handover. This role offers influence on decision-making within a high-profile research and engineering programme.

The Opportunity

We're looking for a Project Quality Manager who can build trusted relationships, bring people together and help teams consistently achieve high standards. Working closely with project teams, delivery partners and stakeholders, you'll play a key role in embedding quality, assurance and continuous improvement throughout the project lifecycle. You'll have the opportunity to influence decision-making, improve processes and help deliver a facility that will support world-class research for years to come.

What You'll Be Doing

• Leading project quality and assurance activities
• Building strong relationships across project teams, suppliers and stakeholders
• Supporting teams to achieve right-first-time delivery
• Using data and insight to identify trends, risks and opportunities
