Job summary

Laing O'Rourke is delivering a major National Grid substation upgrade as part of Wimbledon Asset Replacement Project. The Project Quality Manager will influence outcomes and drive right-first-time delivery across complex stakeholders.

You'll build trusted relationships, coach teams, and use data to identify risks and opportunities, shaping strategy and continuous improvement on a nationally significant programme.

The Opportunity

We're looking for a Project Quality Manager who can build trusted relationships, influence positive outcomes and help teams perform at their best.

This is a highly visible role within the project leadership team, offering the chance to shape strategy, improve performance and leave a lasting legacy on a complex infrastructure programme.

What You'll Be Doing

• Leading project quality, assurance and continuous improvement activities
• Building strong relationships across project teams, suppliers and client stakeholders

Construction experience is not essential.

You may have developed your expertise in quality, assurance, compliance, governance, risk, operational excellence, continuous improvement or a related discipline within sectors such as:

• Defence
• Rail, transport or logistics
• Telecommunications
• Financial services and regulated industries
