Job summary

Laing O'Rourke is seeking a Project Quality Manager to lead quality, assurance and continuous improvement across a major redevelopment programme at HMP sites. Based from our site teams, you will embed a proactive quality culture that supports safe, efficient delivery.

You will build strong stakeholder relationships, lead governance and assurance activities, and empower teams to achieve right-first-time outcomes using data-driven insight.

Laing O'Rourke is delivering major redevelopment works at HMP Garth and HMP Wymott, helping create modern, resilient facilities that support the UK's justice system for the future.

Initially based from our Bicester office before transitioning to site, this is an opportunity to contribute to a complex and meaningful programme that will leave a lasting legacy for both the local community and the wider public sector.

The Opportunity

We're looking for a Project Quality Manager who can bring people together, build trusted relationships and help teams achieve excellent outcomes.

As a key member of the project team, you'll lead quality, assurance and continuous improvement activities across the project. Working closely with colleagues, delivery partners and stakeholders, you'll help embed a proactive quality culture that supports safe, efficient and successful delivery.

What You'll Be Doing
